The Sept. 10th Post-Agenda Hearing, concerning the Pittsburgh Police Department’s policy re officers with histories of domestic violence, will begin at 1:30 p.m. rather than at 1:00 p.m. It will be held in Pgh. City Council Chambers, (5th floor), in the City/County Building.
