		<description>Hmmm.  Murphy is a Republican -- nothing wrong with that in itself -- but then Altmire is a former UPMC lobbyist and blue dog Democrat financed by the same industry, and the University of Pittsburgh literally put the UP in UPMC.  I don&#039;t know where Paul O&#039;Neill stands, but is this going to be a balanced panel discussion?</description>
