Sierra Club and 14th Ward Endorsemend added to the Big Endorsement Chart

Just an FYI that we have updated The Big Endorsement Chart with the endorsements from the Sierra Club and the 14th Ward Independent Democratic Club. We will also be adding interviews with the candidates to the Interviews column. If you are a local blogger who has interviewed a candidate please leave a comment here with a link to the interview. Your chart left of Kevin McCarthy’s endorsement by the 14th Ward Club.
Also, I’m not sure of a link to their web site, but the Allegheny County Labor council has endorsed various candidates for office. I do know that for Common Pleas, the 5 endorsed candidates are Klein, Evashavik-Dilucente, Williams, Ignelzi and Zappala-Peck.
Thanks for posting the 14th Ward Club’s endorsements. One thing though: Sharene Shealey’s club endorsement for school board District 1 is missing.
Does anyone care about the Sierra Club endorsement?
yes . absolutely, Sierra club endorsement indicates a candidate who cares about issues important to health and welfare, not just corporate wealth.
Say, I’ve contacted Progress Pittsburgh a few times about this. Your Big Endorsement Chart has a couple of errors. It’s the 14th Ward Independent DEMOCRATIC Club, and you failed to note that we endorsed Sharene Shealey for school board. You might as well correct it, if only for the record.
