		<description>This is a great start, but I would have liked to see them introduce a public financing program so that all candidates, not only those endorsed, but all others, be they 3rd party or independent candidates, can compete on a level playing field, much like they have in NYC. But this will definitely help change the direction of backroom politics in this city.</description>
