P2 Happy Hour: Petition Party (02/17/09 @ 6pm)

It’s time for another P2pac happy hour! This month, our event just happens to fall on the first day that petitions (to get on the primary ballot) can be circulated. So, bring your self, your friends, your enemies, and your petitions down to the South Side for drinks, conversation, information, and signatures. As always, the cover for this event will go directly to supporting P2pac’s effort to elect progressive candidates to local office in Pittsburgh.

What: Petition Party and P2PAC Fundraiser ($10 contribution requested)
Where: Over The Bar Bicycle Cafe (2518 East Carson Street)
When: 02/17/09 @ 6:00 p.m.
Why: because Pittsburgh deserves better

We will have drink specials until 7pm!

Over The Bar is accessible by the following PAT buses- 51A, 51B, 51C, 51D, 51G, 54C, and 84C. It is a non-smoking establishment.

P2pac is dedicated to electing more individuals to local public office who are driven by the progressive values of social and economic justice. P2pac works to develop, support, and elect candidates who demonstrate vision, progressive values, and electability, and whose districts touch the City of Pittsburgh. It supports candidates that will make good, progressive leaders at higher levels of government. P2pac provides support in the form of endorsements, campaign contributions, and organizing.
