None are required to stick with that choice, as they are officially unpledged add-ons; instead of a floor fight at the meeting, an deal was struck to give Clinton 2 and Obama 1 (since she won PA) in hopes of making everyone happy. If a floor vote took place, it was likely that all three spots would have gone to Clinton supporters, given the leanings of the State Committee as a whole.
