Working Families Win Community Agenda Meeting

where we will lay out for candidates and officials exactly what we expect from our representatives on a host of issues.  We want them to be talking about healthcare, wages, jobs, and education — not flag burning!  If Congress isn’t working on the issues that matter to you, be sure to come and help us write the Community Agenda.

Where:  Sewickley Library, 500 Thorn St in Sewickley
When:  Wednesday, July 26 from 7 to 8:30 PM
Who:  All are welcome — bring a friend!
After we draft the Community Agenda, we will then take it to the candidates to see whether they will support our priorities.  We will then communicate the candidates’ positions on the issues to 10,000 voters in our area, putting the issues that matter into the center of the political debate.
Also, a big way to help us mobilize the voters is to host a small coffee for your friends and coworkers to talk about the issues.  It’s really easy (your guests and the Working Families Win organizer do most of the talking), and it’s incredibly important.
If you need more information about the Community Agenda Meeting or would like to host a coffee, please let me know at nkilbert@gmail.com or call 412.760.8493.
